Sam Bracken
Founder
Sam Bracken has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, executive leadership, and training. He has worked as a regional and national sales director, VP of sales and marketing, global director of product management and marketing.

Sam is an executive coach, speaker, consultant, and best selling author. Sam graduated from Georgia Tech with honors and a degree in Industrial Management, and an MBA from Bringham Young University.
​
He and his wife Kim live in Utah and have four children: Beau, Ben, Jacob, and Hannah.
​
Sam frequently speaks about how to implement radical change and become your best self.

Treion Muller
Founder
Treion Muller is a South African American with a made up French name who has spent the last two decades helping some of the largest Learning & Development (L&D) companies in the world with their knowledge transfer, behavior change, and digital transformation initiatives.
​
Some of his roles have included CEO & Founder, Chief Strategy Architect, Chief Product Officer, and Chief eLearning Architect.
​
Treion is also a go-to expert, author, and problem-solver who knows what the modern learner wants, how they want it, and what to do about it.
​
Treion has a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Science and is currently a PhD student in the same field.
​
He also served in the South African Army as a combat medic. He is married to Soni and they have 5 children.
​

Kent Vaughn
Founder
Kent has helped hundreds of organizations for over 30 years to dramatically improve their performance and results. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of both an international consulting firm and a software company with licensees in North America, India, Asia, and Europe.
​
Kent was a Managing Director at Franklin Covey with annual team sales of over $15 Million. He also served as a Senior Execution Leader working with the executive teams at Nissan, ServiceMaster, Covenant, US Express, ABF Freight Asurion, and many more.
​
He also served as a Financial Leader at Kimberly Clark, managing the $500 Million + General Ledger of two flagship locations.
​
Kent has an MBA from the University of Alabama and served as a Soviet Military Analyst with the US Army stationed near the East German Border. He is married to Sandra and they have 3 children.
